Podcast 012: Healing Childhood Trauma – With Pete Buecker
Welcome to Episode 12 of the Rediscovery of Me: Healing Childhood Trauma.
In this episode, I am joined by Pete Buecker.
“There are usually one or two beliefs that people have created as a response to trauma that literally guide almost every thought, every emotion that you feel day to day, choices that you make, the way you interact with people, the way you’re triggered in conversations with people. We can look at the belief and shift it. It’s never a true belief.”
Dr Pete Buecker
Dr Pete Buecker shares his story of childhood trauma and how he has used this experience to achieve true peace in his life.
